Janita's job in the band
Her favorite place? Clearly - at the keys! Whether sitting or standing at the piano, Janita gives her all to give every song that certain something. Sometimes soft and soulful, sometimes with a good groove - she brings the right mood to the stage.
But it's not just her fingers that are constantly on the move, there's always something going on musically in her head too - because songwriting is one of her greatest passions. When she's not conjuring up melodies and harmonies, she makes sure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes: planning, organizing, communicating - to keep things running smoothly!
When Janita is not playing the piano with HIDDEN HAVEN...
she plays the piano! In addition to the band, she is also at home in classical music, gives concerts and inspires with Bach, Beethoven, Chopin & Co. (You can find out more about it here.)
She is part of the team of OM ARTS in Germany and is primarily responsible for networking.
She is happily married to Maxi, who supports her and the band - and with whom she naturally enjoys spending time. But it's not just this relationship that is close to her heart: her friendships, whether near or far, and above all her connection to Jesus are at least as important to her.
And when there's no piano nearby? Then she prefers to be outside in nature - except in winter. Somehow she can't get anything out of that...

“First of all: Joana and Andreas, you're just awesome! I totally celebrate you - what you get out of your voice and the drums is simply amazing! I love the fact that we keep challenging and surprising each other musically. That we not only harmonize on stage, but also have a lot of fun off it. We can be creative with an openness and joy of experimentation that makes our songs so special.
